Arnot's Cottage was built in the early nineteen hundreds. It has a three star rating from 'Visit Scotland' and is also accredited for walkers and cyclists. It has full gas central heating and a wood burning stove in the lounge.
The good sized lounge has a TV with video, a radio/CD player, games and books. It is comfortably furnished with a three piece suite and attractive pine furniture. Logs are provided for your use.
The modern fitted kitchen is well equipped with an electric hob and oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer and a microwave. There is a dining area with a table and four chairs.
Stairs from the lounge lead to the first floor where the bedrooms and bathroom are situated.

Bedroom 1 has twin beds, a double wardrobe and two chests of drawers and is fully carpetted. Each bed has a bedside reading light.

Bedroom 2 is smaller than Bedroom 1 but is a light airy room with two windows, one over looking the garden. The room has twin beds and a chest of drawers with a reading lamp.
The bathroom has a bath with an electric shower over, a shaver point, washbasin and toilet.
The spacious garden is enclosed and has a sunny orientation for sitting and playing. Garden furniture and a small barbecue are provided. There is a large lockable shed to store bikes and a smaller one which is the log store.
