Throughout Dumfries and Galloway you will find gardens and nurseries open to the public. Some of these are well known such as the Logan Botanic Garden and the Threave House National Trust Garden. But there are small gems to winkle out - sometimes only open through the Scottish National Gardens scheme.
Ask for a leaflet at the Tourist Office which will give up to date details of opening dates and times but here are a few of our favourites!
